November Is The Month Of All Souls

Each November we recall those who have preceded us in death and pray for the repose of their souls. Envelopes are included in the monthly packet that allows you to write in the names of all those you wish to remember. Those envelopes will be placed on the altar for the entire month.

A Deceased Memorial Mass

will be offered in our Church on Monday, November 7th at 4 PM for all those deceased whose funerals were celebrated in our Church from October 1, 2019 thru September 30, 2020. Personal letters of invitation for this special Mass are sent by the Pastor to every family who lost a loved one during that time period. The names of the deceased will be read during the Mass. A friend was in front of me coming out of church one day, and the preacher was standing at the door as he always is to shake hands. He grabbed my friend by the hand and pulled him aside. The Pastor said to him, "You need to join the Army of the Lord!" My friend replied, "I'm already in the Army of the Lord, Pastor." Pastor questioned, "How come I don't see you except at Christmas and Easter?" He whispered back, "I'm in the secret service”.

OUTDOOR HARVEST FESTIVAL

The Festival will take place on: November 7th from 9am to 4pm on the piazza. There will be a limited amount of tables. There will be a jewelry table, gift basket table, Christmas table and a refreshment table. The people will get a sheet of tickets they can purchase and they must keep the larger ticket.
